Making biltong
Okay so you decided that you would like to try your hand at making some biltong, in fact its not as hard as it looks or sounds. The hard part is walking around the house with the smell of it floating around you. The thought of the sticks still drying and you not to eat them util they ready can drive you nuts. Waiting is a art when you are craving biltong and know you have it but it's not ready for eating.
The second hardest is having a box to dry it in and if you want to have a look at another blog I have made on how to make the box just to give you idea's look at the below blog.
